With over nine years of experience in higher & technical education, institutional strategy and public‐policy work in India, I help governments and institutions turn big ideas into real, measurable impact.
My academic foundation—a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication and an MBA/PGDM in Rural Management—equips me with both technical and managerial insight. I later honed my consulting expertise at firms such as Ernst & Young LLP (EY), PricewaterhouseCoopers Pvt. Ltd. (PwC) and KPMG, working alongside state governments (Jharkhand, Odisha, Assam, Maharashtra), Central Government and global development partners.
Over the years, I’ve led large‐scale initiatives: drafting state ranking frameworks for higher education, developing detailed project reports (DPRs) for new institutes and innovation hubs, implementing national‐level skill competitions, and — importantly — leading the design and development of a national‐scale school-based disability screening application launched under the Ministry of Education. These experiences span policy, infrastructure, digital product development, and stakeholder execution.
